Your body is designed to be well. Vibrational Medicine -- sometimes called Energy Therapy, Energy Medicine or Electromedicine -- is based on the principle that the body has an infinite wisdom to return itself to its natural state of wellness when energetic balance and proper information is restored.
Modern day, conventional (allopathic) medicine views the body in parts and pieces and focuses treatments on these individual parts separately from the whole. The emphasis has been on anatomy, physiology, biology and chemistry. Oriental and vitalistic paradigms view the human body as a whole consisting of the physiology (body) in addition to mind, spirit and energy (life force or chi). This "holistic" view has, for over 5000 years, recognized energy as a crucial determinate for the state of wellness of the physical body and the mental body. This energy system was recorded and specifically mapped as the acupuncture meridian system thousands of years ago and again in the 1950’s by Vol. EAV or Electro-Acupuncture according to Vol was developed with his energy pathways supporting the ancient acupuncture system.
Recent technology has allowed scientists to discover that other communication systems exist in the body in addition to the nervous system. Cell to cell communication takes place via coherent (laser-like) light that travels much faster than the information network of the nervous system. What science can now show and ancient medicine has always known is that these energy pathways and communication systems drive the chemical reactions in the body; not the other way around.
New science that has allowed scientists to “see” what for years was “unseen” has allowed the field of wellness based on balanced energy and clear energy pathways to resurface. Treating the body as a whole, works to balance the subtle energy systems of the body and to re-establish blocked or disabled communication systems in the network allowing the body’s innate intelligence to determine the appropriate chemical and physical reactions necessary to promote wellness.
Today, there are numerous Energy Therapy devices available to the alternative minded consumer. Most work on the principles of Vibrational Medicine as already described, enhancing the bodies subtle energy through the application of different modes of therapy. WHat follows is a brief description of Subtle Energy and the most important modalities of therapy.
Subtle energy is the life force or natural neuro-electrical frequencies that the body produces and absorbs to facilitate cell function. It is found in nature, emanating from the sun and earth and natural processes like lightening. We also absorb it from the vital energy reserve we inherit from our parents, and through the foods we eat. The amount of naturally occurring subtle energy (in the form of the rich natural electromagnetic field from the earth) has decreased to ¼ the amount we received 2000 years ago.
Observations of researchers such as Dr. Robert Becker and Dr. Valerie Hunt serve to validate the basis of Energy Therapy.
In his book "Cross Currents" Dr. Robert Becker noted that
"...investigators found that there were minute electrical currents flowing in all organisms and that these appeared to be the control signals that started and regulated growth and healing. This revolution does not replace the chemical and machinery... rather, it simply shows us what the switch is that turns it on."

In the 1970’s and 80’s, Dr. Valerie Hunt scientifically demonstrated the need for a “rich electromagnetic field” for optimum performance in her book The Infinite Mind: The Science of Human Vibrations. Her recent research supports the ancient understanding that every cell contains a measurable voltage (the trans-membrane potential) and that life has an energetic facet that has prevented it from being explained, understood, or healed by biochemical or mechanical means alone.
Most Energy Therapy devices incorporate at least one of the following forms of subtle energy therapy to restore energetic balance in the Body.
MICRO-CURRENT is very low, natural frequency current that circulates through the body’s energetic meridians as the user interfaces with the unit via the hands and feet. This flow of natural current removes energetic blockages and stimulates the vital acupuncture points in both the hands and the feet (acupuncture points corresponding to the entire body are located on the hands and feet). The result is whole-body, energetic benefit.
PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Fields) surround the user in an energy bath of broad spectrum, naturally occurring electromagnetic frequencies. This natural energy field is typically generated by a Tesla type, high voltage coil and a plasma discharge assembly. Exposure to these broad spectrum natural frequencies, leads to a “re-tuning” of the cells. Like a musical instrument, the cells in the body can be returned to their natural vibrational amplitude, elevating the trans-membrane potential (TMP) to its optimum level of 70- 100 millivolts. If the TMP of a cell drops to 50 millivolts a person may experience chronic fatigue. If the voltage drops to 15 millivolts, the cell often can be cancerous.
Each cell will individually select the frequency which is most needed to restore its equilibrium by resonating with the applied PEMF. Delivery of this energy in a non-invasive whole body treatment facilitates cellular detoxification, re-charges trans-membrane potential and returns cellular oscillations to their natural vibrational amplitude. PEMF was approved by the FDA in 1979 for healing non-union bone fractures and is now being used for the treatment of soft tissue injuries, osteoporosis and chronic fatigue syndrome.
BIO-PHOTONIC PROCESSING occurs when bio-photons (coherent light emissions from the cells) are collected and treated with advanced methods and are restored to their correct informational state.
Bio-photon light is generated in the cells of every organism and more precisely, in the DNA molecules of the nuclei. (These light emissions were first discovered in 1922 by the Russian doctor Alexander Gurvich. Gurvich separated living cells by quartz glass and observed that the cells were still able to communicate vital cell information.) This bio-photonic energy creates a dynamic web of light which is constantly released and absorbed by the DNA in every cell, tissue and organ within the body. Most importantly, bio-photons serve as the main communication network and principle regulator of all life processes.
Bio-photons are an expression of the functional state of the living organism and their measurement can be used to assess this state.
